Vanaf 15-09-2015 Wordt “Niet verschijnen zonder bericht/te laat afmelden” in rekening gebracht.
Het komt helaas regelmatig voor dat een patiënt een afspraak maakt en vervolgens niet op het spreekuur verschijnt of niet tijdig afzegt. Hiermee gaat voor de huisarts, POH-verpleegkundige of doktersassistente onnodig veel tijd verloren. Immers er is op uw komst gerekend! Het kan altijd gebeuren dat u de afspraak niet door kunt of wilt laten gaan. Belt u in dat geval het liefst 24 uur van tevoren en geef door dat u niet kunt komen. Een andere patiënt kan dan in uw plaats ingepland worden.
Indien u zich te laat of niet afmeldt voor een reeds gemaakte afspraak, zijn wij genoodzaakt u voor het consult een rekening te sturen.
Deze rekening (NVZB: Niet Verschenen Zonder Bericht) wordt niet door de zorgverzekeraar vergoed.
Wilt u onnodige kosten voorkomen, belt u dan op tijd af!!!

Not appearing on appointment without a message / canceling the appointment too late, will be charged.
Unfortunately it occurs very often that a patient makes an appointment, and doesn’t show up, or cancels the appointment too late. Because of this, the doctor / nurse / assistant lose a lot of valuable time.
It can happen that you can’t come to the appointment, or the appointment isn’t necessary anymore. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to reschedule, or make a cancellation.
Then we can offer that appointment time to another patient who may need medical care.
If you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment time / and do not give us 24-hour notice, you will be charged a ‘missed appointment fee’ by your doctor’s office.
Your insurance will not cover this fee.
